At this time we ship by a combination of UPS and USPS within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. We only ship via UPS to Canada.
Orders are processed the following day after they are received. Orders placed on Monday are processed on Tuesday, Tuesdays orders are processed on Wednesday, etc. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday. All times are EST.
Orders are filled and shipped in the following sequence. Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and 3 Business Day orders are filled first and ship the following day after the order is received.
Note: A signature is required upon delivery for Next Business Day, 2 Business and 3 Business Day shipments. Other shipping choices may also require a signature upon delivery. Requiring a signature upon delivery guarantees both the shopper and our company that UPS has delivered to the correct address.
The next orders to fill and ship are Priority Mail, 5 Business Day then First Class parcel.
The orders calling for Free 7 to 8 Business Day Shipping will be filled and shipped to guarantee you delivery within 7 to 8 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping days in transit do not include the day your order is shipped.
Shipping choices and their costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
An email containing a tracking number is automatically sent to you when your order ships.
If your ship to address is a PO Box you will need to select either USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail.
Return shipping fees by UPS for packages not accepted upon delivery or deemed undeliverable are deducted from the product refund.
Shipments through UPS and United States Postal Service are subject to the respective companies terms and conditions. This includes weather related delays and other delays. Shipments during Holiday periods are not guaranteed. Shipping fees may include handling charges and do not necessarily represent published rates.
